True Pressure Management System

Designed as a true application-based pressure management system, we have selectively combined components with an emphasis on performance, robustness, and low cost of Operation. Comprising an electrically actuated choke with an integral flow meter, a compact control unit, and a remote operating display, our rightsized True Pressure Management system allows you to confidently and safely manage wellbore pressure and equivalent circulating density while drilling and during connections, without the typical complexity that comes with comparable products.

Choke Assembly

Our proven choke is designed as per applicable API standards and comes with a 3” orifice for optimal control at a range of flow rates. The gantry device allows safe and easy service and inspection of the choke. The choke is driven by a unique proprietary linear electric actuator designed for 100% availability. This robust design without duty cycle limitations ensures reliable performance and extremely accurate and repeatable control. This translates directly to precise control of wellbore pressure in the most extreme conditions. The self-contained design avoids expensive and complex server-drive actuator combinations that comes with other electric choke systems. The choke assembly features an industry-first, patent pending integral flow meter. This increases safety by providing improved volume control and early kick and loss detection, without the additional complexity that comes with other flow metering technologies on the market. This cost-effective flow meter is designed with long life for continuous use, and with little to no maintenance required.
