Liquid Mud Plants

Capable of providing all the technical and engineering capabilities in industry. In terms of Liquid Mud Plants (LMPs), we provide Design, Engineering, Construction, Fabrication, Supply of all equipment, Installation and commissioning of custom built facilities to suit the client, site and local requirements. We provide both fixed Liquid Mud Plant Facilities and Mobile LMP Solutions as per client requirements.   

Proven experience with Liquid Mud Plants (LMP) and Dry Bulk Facilities Services for the last 40 years. Over this time, we have accumulated significant knowledge, design and operating experience in the planning, design and execution of these projects to successfully service multiple clients simultaneously.

The Liquid Mud Plant is able to mix, store and supply liquid chemicals such as Oil Based Mud, Base Oil, Water Based Mud and Various types of brines similarly to the Dry Bulk Plant which is part of the LMP to meet the demands for deep water drilling activities and the basic and complex both Offshore and Land Drilling Operations.

Providing the following Liquid Mud Plant Services:

• Mixing Drilling Fluids, Oil Based Mud, Water Based Mud and Various Brines to specific Fluid Formulations
• Custom designed, cloud based liquid inventory management such that real time data is available re volume inventory and volume tracking
• Testing the Quality of all related Fluids in our state of the art Laboratory
• Dry Bulk Facilities and Equipment for Barite, Bentonite, Calcium Carbonate, etc.
• Personnel for full and safe operation of LMP and Dry Bulk services
• Wide range of offshore cargo carrying solutions including Cargo Carrying Unit (CCU) products, modular systems, accessories and CCU related services. Based on technical knowledge and experience we provide inspected and certified CCUs to the highest industry standards.

Transportation

• Designed and fit for purpose Liquid Vacuum tankers for Heavy fluids, including Brine, Oil Based Drilling fluids, Base Oils, Water Based Drilling Fluids.
