MI Gulf Services provides fluids systems specifically designed for high overbalanced drilling, tested and optimized to mitigate all the associated risks of such operations. For each application the process starts with extensive laboratory testing in our Dubai Technology Center to simulate the bottom hole conditions and differential pressure. These systems, both WBM and SBM, are designed with fit for purpose PSD (particle size distribution), for optimum bridging, Nano particles for micro-pore sealing to control HTHP fluid loss and highly efficient lubricants to enhance the filter cake lubricity.
